This policy explains how Kino Growth LLC (“Kino Growth”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website and the services we provide. We keep it deliberately short and specific.

Information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you contact us, request an audit or engage our services, we collect your name, work email, company, website and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer and timestamps — for security and reliability.
• Information from the GEO scan. The readiness scan runs entirely in your browser. The answers you select are not transmitted to us unless you choose to send them by email.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To send you information you have asked for, such as an audit or case study.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your contact details to send unsolicited marketing, and every commercial email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. If we use privacy-friendly analytics, it is limited to aggregate page-level measurement configured without personal identifiers. You can block all cookies in your browser without losing access to any content on this site.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — for example email hosting, customer relationship management and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kinogrowth.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions for internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.

Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
